The National Concierge Association (NCA) was founded in 1998 by a group of Concierges who found a need to maintain contacts with other Concierge professionals across the United States. The purpose of the NCA is to promote the highest level of competence in the profession, to set standards of Concierge Services and to stay abreast of current trends in today's evolving marketplace via our unparalleled network of informational resources. For that logic, there are two membership types for our members.
